How will I use and store your data?
I don’t share your personal information unless there is a need to contact another professional, for example your doctor and I will always ask for your permission first.
You may receive a regular updates about my practice and promotional information. This might be through email or text message. I will also contact you via phone, email or text message with regards to appointments.
All personal data that I collect about you for is stored in a locked filing cabinet under a personal file under your name. My electronic devices are password protected.
I will hold your personal information for as long as deemed necessary by my insurance company. If I have anything on paper, I will then shred paper files and I will delete you from my contacts list on all my electronic devices.
Personal information provided on appointment booking: SimplyBook.me is acting as my supplier, processing your personal data in line with their Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.
